Allen Crosswell and Ned Torian formed the firm of Crosswell Torian Commercial Properties, LLC in October of 2002 in order to create a team with a full range of skills, experience, disciplines and market contacts.
The firm utilizes diverse pre-real estate experience, such as investment management, trust, appraisal, insurance, securities, and development, melding it with Crosswell Torian’s approximately 100 years of real estate experience in Houston and the surrounding counties to provide a sound foundation for their brokerage and consulting activities.
